Quick Roti Rolls for your Fussy Kids


I faced lot of problem making my daughter eat roti n veggies. Then i experimented with Roti rolls and the idea really rocked. She loved the change and ate 3 rolls. Now what else a mom would desire.

So here is a quick simple recipe which your child would love.




Required:
Fresh made chappatis
Tops Sandwich Spread
Cottage Paneer
Boiled Potato
Veggies of your choice
Butter
Oregano

Make fresh chappatis.
In a pan saute finely chopped vegetables like cabbage, onion, cottage paneer, carrots and boiled mashed potato. Add some spices like salt, oregano, garlic powder and a pinch of black pepper.


If you child likes chicken, you can add nuggets in the roll or serve nuggets as a side option with rolls.

Now keep this preparation aside.

Take chappatis and put Tops sandwich spread on the rotis and then add these veggies to it. Roll it and put in on the griller tawa or any griller you have. Ooze some butter on the tawa and wait till it turns brown with those grill marks on chapatis.

Serve them with sauce, trust me they would love this and would ask for more.
